Mend After Return Policy
We are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. In the event you are not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 30 days after you receive them (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges and any separate fees). Refunds will be made to your original form of payment.
Products returned in original condition after 30 days of your receipt will receive a merchandise credit equal to your original purchase price which will be good towards a future purchase at mendafter.com (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges and any separate fees).
Request a Return
- Log into your account and click on Returns under MY ACCOUNT. If you do not already have an account, registration is free and easy.
- Click on ADD on the far right above the word ACTION
- SELECT the Order Number that you wish to return
- CHECK the box that matches the product you wish to return
- Select a REASON for the return
- Enter the QUANTITY of the product that you are returning
- READ the Return Policy
- CHECK the box indicating you have read and agree to the Return Policy
- Click on REQUEST
- RMA Status will change to PENDING
- Our Customer Support team will review your request and advise the Return Address
- Once your Return is received and processed in our warehouse, the RMA Status will change to SOLVED
- Return via USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other traceable method and receive a refund for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges and any separate fees). We encourage you to insure your package.
- All returned products must be in original product packaging and include all original parts.
- To ensure return accuracy, please include a copy of your original packing slip.
- No refunds will be issued until we receive your product in our warehouse.
- Returns not meeting our return requirements may result in the loss of a refund or replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.
Exceptions to our Return Policy
The following items on Mend are final sale and are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Purchased Brand Partner Offers
Purchased Brand Partner Offers are subject to each individual brand’s policies. If you are unsure about whether your item is eligible for return, please review the product description page or contact us.
- Intimate Apparel where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept items where the garment tag is no longer attached in its original condition. We will replace at no cost, any item received in a defective state (i.e. ripped, torn, or broken).
- Consumable items (products that can be diminished or used up) are not returnable once they are opened. However, we will accept a return for any unused and unopened consumable item.
- DVD’S and software products may only be exchanged in the event of a manufacturing defect
Items received damaged or defective can be exchanged by contacting our Customer Support Team. Select the Contact Us link located in the footer of the website. Enter your Name, Email Address, Subject of your message and details of your exchange request, including your order number. One of our Customer Support Team Members will respond as soon as possible.
Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 business days after your return is processed. MEND After will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges and any separate fees).
