I am a self-directed yoga teacher and business owner with an emphasis on program development for individual clients. Having been in the fields of dance, movement therapy, and yoga for 15 years, I am dedicated to helping clients improve their health and well-being through movement education and mind-body practices.
My teaching has been recognized for its ability to create a warm and inviting class that fosters a safe, energizing, and calming environment. I possess technical knowledge including athletic yoga, restorative and therapeutic yoga, meditation, and the Feldenkrais method. My experience working with bodies suffering from chronic pain, injury, and illness has given me the ability to empathize and develop relationships with a variety of populations, different abilities, and varying backgrounds.
