I have found that psychological stress hardily manifests in our body and needs our direct attention. I work with traumatic stress, coping with stress, and stress reduction. I use a variety of traditional methods like Mindfulness meditations and Expressive Arts but also utilize more recent advancements in psychotherapy like EMDR and Brainspotting to help relieve underlying symptoms causing stress.
